Simple and Effective way to UNLOCK HUAWEI E303 Modern
In order to unlock this Model of Modem First you must download a modem firmware
which will be used to update your modem before UNLOCKING.
Download E303 Firmware Here . After you download.... make sure you DISCONNECT internet access on your computer.
After that, EXIT modem Dashboard (NOTE: Make sure you exit it from TRAY ICON ALSO) then RUN the software which you have downloaded (E303 Firmware)....

After RUNNING that software E303 Firmware makes sure you have master code calculator which you can download it from HERE
Example of the Code calculator ...
After getting the code (FLASH CODE) START E303 processing....if it will prompt you to enter password you must enter the FLASH CODE which has been generated from a code calculator after entering your modem IME.
If everything goes Okay you will see the processing you must wait until it finishes up.
NOTE: Do not disconnect Your Modem or turn off your PC during the Processing
Your modem is Unlocked successfully
